Four months have passed by since Prof. Nicolini has passed away. Not a single day goes by, when I think about his kindness, warmth and humanity. Such a "fantastic" human being. We miss u each and every day Prof.

noi stiamo continuando a raccogiere fondi per continuare l'opera del prof. Nicolini. grazie a Cieli Azzurri, onlus a cui Nicolini faceva riferimento, è stato istutuito un Fondo in sua memoria che promuove attività scientifiche e cliniche.

Ho un carissimo ricordo di te Umberto, quando, laureando e quindi ai primi anni di specializzazione, mi sei stato maestro nella professione e nelle vita. Anche oggi, se pure dedicatomi a una diversa specialità , l'ortopedia, il tuo esempio e i tuoi insegnamenti mi sono quotidianamente presenti ed utili, e quindi ti ho vivissimo e presente

It is hard to believe that a month has passed since Prof. Nicolini's demise. His dedication to his patients is immeasurable and no other doctor would provide such selfless service. He touched many lives expecting no return, except to do things right and well. We miss you Prof. Nicolini
dear all,I am not sure of how could we help to get a recognition for Umberto Nicolini.Do we need to sign anything? to donate money into Cieli Azzurri or is it volunteering ourself to help with our work and time?

the association we're about to build will see into that. Name, scope and targets are still to be defined and are also dependent on the time and competencies the members of the association have. Barbara suggested that, at least initially, the scope shall be limited and be a form of aggregation rather then a form of engagement. As we go further we could
Get the association more involved and begin promoting awards and scholarships in areas regarded as important to Nicolini by also employing experts as necessary.

You're more than welcome to join our association Kate if you would like to. The posting are currently in italian but if we get a bilingual community important staff would be easily put in english as well. You're also welcome to attend our first gathering this Sunday in Pagano.

Se siete interessati ad aderire all'Associazione che verrà costituita in ricordo del Prof. Nicolini, o anche solo potenzialmente interessati ma con tanti dubbi nella testa da chiarire prima di esporvi questo è il momento di farvi avanti.

mi scuso per l'insistenza, ma se non riuscissimo ad incontrarci tutte nello stesso luogo e lo stesso giorno si potrebbro organizzare due incontri e poi confluire in un unico gruppo in seguito.

carissime, mi ha chiamato il dott. Formica per Cieli Azzurri (primario
emerito pediatria buzzi), mi dice che si riuniranno e che a breve
istituiranno premio/borsa...Nicolini aveva ancora fondi presso
l'associazione.
Credo che sia opportuno incontrarsi il più presto possibile se vogliamo partecipare..
Penso di proporre di incontrarci sabato (o domenica), ai giardini
pubblici o al Monumentale, primo pomeriggio o tarda mattinata.
